TL;DR Lucene Query Syntax for Elasticsearch:

Basic Search:field:text(e.g., title:gold)
Wildcard:field:gol*(* for multiple, ? for single char)
Boolean:AND, OR, NOT(e.g., gold AND silver)
Grouping:( and )(e.g., (gold OR silver) AND price:[10 TO 50])
Ranges:field:[10 TO 50](inclusive)
field:{10 TO 50}(exclusive)
Fuzzy Search:field:gold~2(allows 2 edits)
Proximity Search:"word1 word2"~3(words within 3 terms)
Boosting:field:text^2(higher relevance)

You can also use the search bar to search specific columns, for example to find all entries into Doctype use query doctype:* similarly, to find all entries into Notes use query notes:* if you want to select just any match based only on doctype checkboxes below, use query file_path:*
To can search and filter by company name please use a query like this:
TEXT:gold AND company_name.text:"GOLDLINK INCOMEPLUS LIMITED"
Please note that company_name is a keyword field, so it must be spelled exactly and it is case sensitive.
